THIS WEEKEND WE WELCOME BACK Formula 1, in Bahrain, for a new season that may or may not see changes. The cars have been set up to allow for the possibility of overtaking but whether or not its enough is another matter. A1 Grand Prix has grabbed the imagination while F1 seems to lumber on like a dinosaur, the teams associated with it jockey for position off the circuit while the ruling body are reluctant too introduce too much change. The view is put forward that with six manufacturers involved the spin-off effects will greatly benefit the car buyer, but will it benefit the spectator?
