JUNIOR TRANSPORT MINISTER IVOR CALLEY has
announced plans to ban modified motors in a bid to stamp out ‘boy racers’. The
NCT will be toughened up so that only factory manufactured improvements will
be allowed. The Minister believes that this will automatically reduce the annual
death toll of drivers and pedestrians on this island that takes place every year.
