THE GALWAY SUMMER RALLY WAS THE CENTRE of the action last weekend where Eamonn Boland pipped the top three seeds. Admittedly Jim Harrison crashed out of the rally on Stage 2 but Ray Breen and Charlie Donnelly were into the death so it was a great performance from the Wexford man. (Okay, the puncture denied Donnelly who had been in the lead until then but that's rallying.)
